Terms & Conditions | Crewnisia
These terms apply to all creatives working with or applying to join Crewnisia. By submitting an application or accepting a project through us, you agree to the following:
1. Who We Are
Crewnisia is a freelance agency connecting Tunisian creatives with international clients. We operate under an agency model where creatives work on a freelance/independent basis.
2. Joining the Network
Applications are reviewed based on portfolio, skills, and communication.
Only approved creatives are added to the internal network.
Creatives are not employees; they remain independent freelancers.
3. Project Matching
Projects are assigned based on skill, availability, and fit.
You can accept or decline any project offered to you.
Communication with clients goes through the Crewnisia team unless agreed otherwise.
4. Commission & Payment
Crewnisia takes a fixed percentage commission from every completed project to cover operations, client acquisition, and admin work.
The exact percentage will be communicated before each project offer.
Example: If a project pays $500 and the commission is 15%, the creative receives $425.
Payments are made in USD via PayPal, Wise, or another secure method.
Payment is sent after client confirmation and delivery approval.
5. Code of Conduct
To stay in the network, you must:
Deliver high-quality work on time
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Follow project briefs and scope
Never take clients outside the agency pipeline without permission
Failure to comply may result in removal from the network.
6. Client Ownership
All intellectual property created for clients belongs to them upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. Creatives may display their work in portfolios with permission.
7. Privacy & Contact
When you apply or work with Crewnisia, we collect necessary personal information (name, email, portfolio, etc.) to contact you and assign work. We never share your data with third parties.
8. Updates to Terms
Crewnisia may update these terms. All changes will be communicated through our website or by email.
